04No Agency Relationship

A member of Total House Offer LLC holds an active Arizona real estate license. In any transaction with us, that member and the other members of Total House Offer LLC act solely as principal (buyer), not as a real estate agent. No agency relationship is expressed or implied between any seller and Total House Offer LLC or its members. You have the right to consult an attorney, HUD-approved housing counselor, or licensed real estate broker at any time.

05Assignment of Contract

We may assign our purchase contract to another buyer. If we do, we will disclose that assignment to you in writing before any binding agreement, as required by A.R.S. § 44-5101.
